The Project Management Office (PMO) of the Finance & Admin Department has a requirement for Project Coordinator.
Project Coordinators assist Project Managers by preparing cost estimates, schedules, forecasts, trends and analyses. These duties are performed as part of the planning and reporting process required to track the various financial aspects of proposals and projects.
The position requires individuals that are self-motivated and adaptable, able to make suggestions and decisions within the scope of responsibility, able to organize a diverse workload, meet deadlines, have strong analytical abilities, and good communication skills.
Applicants must have a related post-secondary degree or diploma, or proven related work experience, and be fluent in the use of personal computers, Excel, and Windows. Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner and Microsoft Project is a definite asset.
The ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program is mandatory.
