Description:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Working at the intersection of product, marketing and sales, and reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer, you will lead messaging, positioning and go-to market plans for IntraGrain’s product lines.  You will work cross functionally with sales, product management, marketing and customer success teams to perform market research and analysis, develop compelling value propositions and differentiation for our solutions, arm our customer-facing teams with high-quality product collateral and content and launch campaigns that reach our target audiences.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and supporting go-to-market plans for new products and major product improvements (hardware, software)
  • Developing annual product marketing plans and overseeing activation (brand awareness, lead generation)
  • Developing marketing campaigns and programs to stimulate sales growth
  • Negotiating annual advertising contracts with national and international media outlets
  • Supporting dealer recruitment efforts with marketing activities (campaigns, marketing collateral, tradeshows)
  • Presenting marketing opportunities to dealers to grow product sales and administering our co-op marketing program
  • Driving content for social media channels, product websites and customer communications
  • Working to understand the customer journey and looking for opportunities to leverage customer touchpoints
  • Sharing market and customer insight with internal teams and our dealer network
  • Research and recommend new markets for consideration, collaborating with the Director, Market Development and the Product Team
  • Utilizing marketing and Customer Experience (CX) metrics to make data-driven decisions and reporting results on a regular basis

 

What skills will you have?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Strong leader in developing and executing go-to-market plans, collaborating with project teams on deliverables and outcomes
  • Proven track record of creating marketing and sales strategies, driving revenue growth through differentiated tactics
  • Familiarity with the creative process, production and media buying
  • Ability to identify data and research needs and strong analytical skills to deliver insightful analysis
  • Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to effectively lead cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and high attention to detail
