This critical customer facing role is responsible for providing technical and troubleshooting support to our dealers.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing technical and troubleshooting support to dealers and customers;
  • Utilizing ticketing system to track and communicate issues;
  • Developing and maintaining product manuals and other technical literature;
  • Supporting the overall strategy of the customer facing teams;
  • Providing technical support outside of normal working hours during busy seasons.
  • Travel may be required to troubleshoot devices in the field
  • Other duties as assigned


What skills will you have?

  • Experience installing grain bins/grain monitoring systems
  • Experience in the agricultural industry
  • University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or similar environment;
  • Examples of excellence in customer service/technical support;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to multitask and prioritize issues based on severity;
  • Knowledge of SQL is an asset;
