The Administrative Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and operational duties in support of our Melfort, SK Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre.
· Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
· Asset management.
· Preparing communication materials.
· Assisting in product logistics, grain sampling, and general office duties.
· Providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role; knowledge of bookkeeping, general office practices, and Microsoft applications; experience in word-processing and/or data entry; and excellent organizational and communication skills. An agriculture background is considered an asset.
