(6 Month Term position)
This position works directly with the Merchandising & Logistics personnel, and is responsible for supporting system updates, procurement, and administrative-logistics activities associated with the delivery of Canadian agricultural commodities to RICHARDSON Terminals or end-user customer destinations, including the coordination and movement of commodities; the preparation schedules, Grain Receipts, purchase/sales documentation and invoicing, as well as part time Receptionist duties.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and French), have a Diploma in Business/Agriculture/logistics/administration and/or a minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience working in a Administrative and/or business capacity. Attributes include above average organization skills and attention to detail; strong communication and customer service skills; the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
