This position is an approx 2 month term.

Main responsibilities include answering phones/redirecting inquires/taking messages, greeting customers, A/P and A/R postings, bank deposits, petty cash management, sorting and distributing mail, typing letters/forms, performing data entry, ordering office supplies, and conducting general filing.

Qualifications include 2+ years of related office experience including front reception, multi-line switchboard, and basic accounting (A/P, A/R).  You have a professional and courteous phone manner, exceptional customer service, are highly organized, meet deadlines, accurate, detailed, and proficient with MS Word/Excel, email, internet, and keyboarding.

Hours:   Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
