You will provide service to Heavy-Duty Technicians who require parts while ensuring quality inventory control.  This includes making suggestions on additional parts needed for repair orders, receiving  & stocking shelves, processing cores &  warranty parts for credit, sourcing parts over the phone, and some selling to select external customers.


  • 2 to 3 years heavy-duty parts experience required
  • Prior parts sourcing or purchasing of parts an asset
  • Customer service focus & ability to build strong working relationships
  • Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn in-house programs
  • Strong numbers-orientation & attention to detail
  • Organized, sets priorities, meets deadlines
  • Can lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Mechanical aptitude an asset
