Reporting to the General Manager of Collision & Recycling, you will sell used parts to customers by providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include correctly identifying parts needed, taking customers’ orders, quoting prices, creating purchase orders and invoices, billing out freight, and collecting payment. You will also source out parts by phoning suppliers, update used parts listed on web page, assist with inventory control, process credits, and completes associated paperwork.
Qualifications include 2+ years parts counter sales experience or equivalent, with knowledge of heavy-duty truck & trailer parts and prior sourcing of parts preferred. Any MPI claim experience and mechanical aptitude is an asset. You are also customer service focused, very organized, meet deadlines, have basic computer skills, and are able to lift 50 pounds.
