Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, you will provide exceptional front line customer service including booking work into the shop, conducting vehicle intake/return, and liaising between our shop and the customer during the repair process. You will also prepare work orders for final billing.
Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in the medium/heavy duty truck (or related) industry, front line customer service experience, a team player, very organized, meet deadlines, and have MS Word and Excel skills. Technical product knowledge and familiarity with a flat rate system is preferred.
