We are currently seeking an SNL Administrator for our distribution centre in Calgary located at 4733 52 Ave SE.



Ensures the safe and proper movement of product through the Special Needs Lane.


  •  Ensure the safe movement of product through the SNL Lane
  • Label product
  • Wrap product
  • Ensure electronic inventory integrity
  • Administer store transfers
  • Storage Location Maintenance in SNL
  • Conduct RAP / RTV inspections with coordinator
  • Assign Saleable Status and Reason Codes as a result of inspections
  • Investigate SNL products that lack proper paperwork
  • Maintenance of Reason Code Aging
  • Direct the activities of Merchandise Handlers in the SNL lane
  • Understand and follow all safe work practices and rules



  •  High School Diploma preferred or in process of completion
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions for use, directions and safety manuals
  • Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs
  • Ability to learn in-house inventory management system
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate company’s Core competencies


  •  Physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs
  • Able to conduct physical work in warm and cold conditions
  • Flexible schedule requirements including evenings and weekends
  • Operates various equipment (dock levellers, hand trucks, garbage baler, cardboard baler and lift truck etc)
  • Available to work overtime as required
