We are currently seeking a Selling Sales Manager for our Calgary South Store located at 88 Heritage Gate SE, Calgary AB.

Job Summary

Accountable for the day-to-day management and coaching of Sales Professionals to effectively execute daily functions, develop an effective sales environment and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.  Achieve mutually agreed upon targets in key areas. In addition, responsible for achieving established sales targets by assisting in-store customers in making their purchasing decisions on Company products.


  • Set sales goals for each Sales Professional with the Store Manager
  • Meet or exceed established goals for sales volume, margin, performance indexes, E.S.P. sales, closing ratio average sale and NPS scores both on a personal and team basis.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies with Sales Professionals and monitors their progress on performance index, close ratio, average sale, ESP percentages
  • Train and coach Sales Professionals on product, upcoming promotions, selling skills and administration
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional customer service
  • Motivate sales team to meet or exceed expectations
  • Conduct recruitment for sales professionals, make appropriate selection suitable for the team
  • Develop a customer contact follow-up system to maintain & grow a personal customer base.
  • Follow up with all client contacts made but not closed after the initial visit


  • Post secondary education in business, marketing or related field or combination of education and related experience
  • 2 - 4 years of proven sales experience in a related environment
  • Previous supervisory experience in a team environment
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
