Federated Insurance, a subsidiary of Northbridge Financial Company, is a Canadian Insurance Company selling property, automobile and general liability, insurance products for commercial businesses and personal lines markets.
Our agency, Contact+ is presently recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to join their team.
As a member of our Contact+ Agency you will provide supportive duties and provide exceptional client service in a marketing role. You will administer assigned marketing programs and be responsible for reporting to providers on the “in house” authority program. You will timely handle client service requests; prepare Annual Client Reviews and Renewals; participate in the completion of new business and renewal submissions; process all certificates of liability for clients and prepare vehicle liability slips. Contact clients to follow up on all service requests and assist with other tasks as needed to maintain service standards.
Candidates must possess previous customer service experience; data entry and word processing skills; good communication and interpersonal skills. An insurance background would be an asset.
