This position is a contract position, approximately one year.
Responsible for the efficient and courteous operation of switchboard. Greets all clients and visitors in a friendly helpful manner and projects a favorable Company image at all times. Shares in the Field Office’s commitment to continuously focus on innovative ways to provide excellent quality service to our customers by meeting their needs. Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with all departments.
Promptly answers incoming telephone calls in a friendly professional manner, Ensures all callers efficiently transferred to the correct individual within the office or elsewhere within the company.
Maintaining the company’s services standards as identified for the position.
Greeting all visitors and service personnel in a pleasant and courteous manner.
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining files in current and orderly condition for quick references.
Performing a variety of duties as assigned including, checking the system for past due accounts, printing client claims reports, typing, faxing and replying to emails and assisting the Field Operations Manager as needed.
High school graduate preferably with business courses.
Proficient skills in typing and word processing.
Effective communication skills.
Projects a professional image at all times.
Related work experience would be an asset.
