Job purpose

To provide exceptional front line Commercial Account and Association client service in support of the Association Service Coordinators (ASC) and National Accounts Coordinators (NAC) and Underwriters.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • National Accounts Coordinator Support, providing front line communication liaison with our commercial clients and assists the NAC with their responsibilities
  • Handles incoming client phone calls with the objective of resolving all questions related to coverage additions, deletions and modifications.
  • Timely handling of client service requests.
  • Regular compilation of data and information for a variety of Reports – monthly, quarterly, and annually, including editing and checking for accuracy of information.
  • Association Services Coordinator Support
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to ensure 100 percent accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of service to our Association clients
  • General Administrative including, completion of adjustments and changes in our database as required and authorized.
  • General maintenance of computer database and client management system.
  • Teamwork and Professionalism, supports other business unit functions, promoting professionalism and cooperation.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • High school graduate plus a two-year diploma course or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Licensed in Commercial Lines Insurance or so qualified within 90 days of hire.
  • Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office applications) with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
  • Sound Time-Management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and telephone customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team atmosphere.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
