The Corporate Resources team has many responsibilities and is often the first point of contact for new employees. Human Resource Advisors provide generalist support and advice to employees and management in the areas of recruitment and selection, training and development, policy communication, employee relations, performance and termination management, health & safety, and internal communications. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for the preparation and processing of the payroll/compensation system and coordinates the administration of all benefits. Facility management, including the procurement of furniture and equipment, is also a function of this department. Corporate Resources is supported by an administrative team that provides clerical and project-related experience.
