Under the direction of the Manager, Systems Development, the Administrative Support Representative carries out various administrative tasks for various business sponsored projects. Responsibilities may include coordinating/attending meetings and preparing/distributing meeting minutes, researching, creating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets, performing support tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying/distribution of correspondence, and providing such other administrative support, as required.
