We are currently seeking an Accountant for our Home Office located at 116 Nature Park Way in Winnipeg, MB.


Responsible for assisting in the preparation of Company financial reports, analytical reviews and general ledger maintenance.


  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and annual budgets.
  • Monitoring of expenses vs. budget and business plans.  Analyze deviations.
  • Analyze activities of operating results, primarily financial performance of business units to highlight any major event or deviation.
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries and operations reports for management as requested.
  • Perform project analysis upon request.
  • Reconciliation of GL and control accounts as assigned
  • Preparation of adjusting entries for accruals, prepaids, and fixed asset depreciation
  • Assist in preparation for external audit.
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality


  • Currently enrolled in Level 3-4 of the CGA or CMA program, with the intent to finish, along with 2 – 3 years of related experience
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Ability to work independently, but as part of the accounting team, to ensure the Company financial objectives are met.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs
  • Demonstrates the company’s Core competencies
