We are currently seeking a Delivery Planning Coordinator for our Winnipeg Service Centre located at 230 Panet Road, MB.


Analyze delivery data to create efficient and effective utilization of delivery resources for all locations.


  • Must develop excellent working relationships with all regions served (internal customers)
  • Monitor and adjust delivery capacity calendar to maintain route code commitments
  • Complete Capacity Utilization Trending
  • Analyze open orders by delivery date to determine capacity needs
  • Liaise with Store Administration teams to request or address sales order corrections
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for routing utilizing Paragon and Storis software
  • Contact stores/Delivery booking team to maximize delivery capacity
  • Manage cancellations and add-ons as required
  • Route store transfers, maximizing truck capacity
  • Liaise with Transportation to increase/decrease capacity based on truck availability
  • Resolve problematic delivery orders and special requests


  • High school diploma, some post secondary education preferred
  • 1-2 years logistical experience
  • Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs
  • Experience utilizing routing software and / or Storis is considered an asset
  • Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Demonstrates the company’s Core competencies


  • Knowledge of Western Canada’s Geographic locations a benefit
  • Scheduled hours subject to change based on the continuous development of the department (i.e. evenings and weekends)
  • Occasional overtime may be required with little or no notice in order to meet deadlines
