We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will assist in the administrative component of our customers in store & after sales experience for our store in Winnipeg located at 880 Narin St, Winnipeg MB.   

Position overview:

  • Ensures excellent customer relations by responding to customer needs consistent with company standards, culture and business practices.
  • Ensures efficiency and accuracy in relation to: Customer orientation, Customer inquires (in person/on phone), Cash and financial management
  • Always keeps the customers’ best interest in mind.
  •  High school diploma
  • 2 years of experience in customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Able to work retail hours (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
Skills required:
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle difficult and/or intense situations diplomatically and professionally
