Member Communication Centre
Positions found within the member communication centre are accountable for the delivery of quality service and the achievement of growth while adhering to service standards and internal control standards of the Credit Union as well as the Outlook Financial, our virtual banking division. A main emphasis within this area includes relationship building, sales, service, and business development.
Examples of positions found within this area:
Manager, Member Communication Centre
• Reporting to the Director, MCC, S/He provides leadership, direction, and operational and technical support to individuals within the Member Communication Centre and Outlook Financial, our virtual banking division managed through the Member Communication Centre.
Outbound Member Communication Centre Representative
• Builds and retains member relationships through the sale of a range of financial products over the telephone and working with other team members and specialists within the Credit Union.
Inbound Member Communication Centre Representative
• Assists the members in meeting their needs by directly selling a product or service or by referring them to the appropriate person or location.
• Provides members with a variety of assistance, advice and direction, to self-serve delivery channels, while ensuring the member receives seamless and high quality service .
