We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our collaborative Supply Chain team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values continuous improvement, and is driven to deliver operational excellence through strong people leadership and effective logistics execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Ensure an efficient, accurate, and organized warehouse environment that meets operational demands
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements that enhance warehouse performance
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving
• Ensure safety compliance in accordance with federal and provincial standards
• Support training and development of warehouse personnel to ensure cross-functional capability
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team that shares Crestline’s values and vision
• Participate in projects to support lean manufacturing and operational profitability

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and team development
• Ability to communicate effectively, prioritize competing demands, and lead by example
• A hands-on, results-driven approach with high attention to detail
