Thank you for your interest in immigrating to Brandon, Manitoba through the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). Brandon is utilizing online software to assist with managing the RNIP and for connecting interested foreign nationals with qualifying job opportunities.
Please answer the questions to determine if you are eligible to create a “Candidate Profile”. This profile is mandatory to apply for qualifying jobs and to apply for recommendation for the Brandon RNIP.

The RNIP federal criteria requires a minimum of a Canadian Language Benchmark level four (4) in all areas tested confirmed by an IRCC recognized language test score that is less than two years old. Please note that higher levels of language may be required for the job you wish to apply for as noted in RNIP language requirements by NOC category.
