We have an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our Marketing, Communications & Sales team as our Production Coordinator. You will play a key role in collaborating with third party contractors, agencies and vendors as well as internal stakeholders and the Marketing, Communications & Sales team to ensure marketing and communication materials are finalized in a timely manner.

Who we are looking for:

  • You are highly organized with excellent attention to detail and extremely proficient in proofreading.
  • You have strong project management skills, and are self-motivated to meet critical deadlines with the ability to work under pressure while coordinating several projects simultaneously.
  • You are a team player able to collaborate with others and able to influence and motivate others.
  • You have excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships with vendors.
  • You possess strong creative and copy editing skills.


  • Manage campaign creative production, collateral material production and other marketing projects from start to completion with tight deadlines, while    working with multiple stakeholders and various levels of approvals.
  • Create and implement a process to track project deadlines, as well as develop and maintain a system/database for all production quotes and completed projects for easy retrieval.
  • Develop close working relationships with external production suppliers to deliver a wide variety of high-quality creative projects at the best possible price with tight deadlines.
  • Build and maintain APC’s corporate calendar of campaigns, events and promotions.
  • Compile and manage a comprehensive creative archive and assist the marketing staff with the procurement of photos from in-house photo sources or istock photo sources.
  • Maintain strict budget control and tight management of agency hours.
  • Perform pre-production checks as well as reviewing proofs, including the management of all APC’s logos ensuring all published material is in compliance, proof reading, and editing to meet APC’s standards.

How to apply:



  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of graphic design degree/certificate
    and a background in advertising and/or integrated marketing
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • A proven track record and 3-5 years of progressive print production experience in a similar position or in a creative and/or advertising agency.
  • High proficiency in current software programs including MS Office Suite, Adobe Professional preferred. Experience in web programs, content management systems and HTML a plus
  • Creative design, art direction experience or InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator experience a strong asset
  • Direct marketing experience is preferred
