Positions within the Administration division provide internal support to the retail sales and service divisions by carrying out activities which are critical to the efficient daily operations of the credit union. Such services are delivered to one or more individuals or departments at the work unit, business unit, staff or sales function level. This division provides internal services typically with incidental or situational contact with credit union members. He/she draw upon and apply their practical knowledge and skills to all divisions of the credit union including operations, finance, sales and service, corporate social responsibility and governance. Positions in this area support compliance with credit union policies and procedures and ensure due diligence and care in all aspects of work. Administrative positions support the credit union’s programs and strategies that align with the organization’s business goals.

o Positions within this area are responsible for preparing and processing error free documentation and correspondence for the sales team, performing various follow up procedures and responding to member inquiries and other needs as requested.
o Positions within this area are responsible for providing timely administrative, clerical and back office support to the sales team in the investment area and positively contribute to the organization by preparing and processing error free documentation and correspondence for the sales team, performing various follow up procedures and responding to member inquiries and other needs as requested adding to the overall quality and seamless delivery of service.

Clearing and Remittance Support
o Positions within this area positively contribute to the organization by balancing various general ledger accounts, wires, clearings, and performing branch follow ups required to ensure service standards are met. Duties may include providing support to branch functions and assisting with the coordination and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the member statement function.
o Positions within this area are responsible for providing timely administrative services and support for the retail operations by performing reconciliations, handling collection items, managing Maintenance Enforcement Guarantee Orders and garnishments, and providing general assistance to branch staff regarding fraud or forgery.
