Driver - Class 3 with Air Endorsement

We’re hiring Class 3A Drivers. We have positions available in our Excavation, Landscaping, and Garden Centre Departments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers and be a dependable and hardworking member of the team.

About the job:

• Provide excellent customer service and respect the property of our customers.
• Operate and drive a variety of trucks/equipment to complete Excavation and Landscape Installation construction projects.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle and maintain assigned vehicle.
• Plan delivery travel schedules and routes.
• Water plantings, load, and unload cargo.
• Record information on pick-ups and deliveries, vehicle mileage and fuel usage and report any incidents or problems encountered.

About you:

• Able to provide excellent customer service.
• Able to perform physically demanding work.
• Able to understand and follow instructions.
• Knowledgeable about safe work practices and procedures.
• Hold a Class 3A driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in a vehicle and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Occasional heavy labour.
• 10 hour shifts standard; some weekend work may be required.
• This is a seasonal, full-time position that may lead into a year-round opportunity.
• Wage is dependent upon experience
