Under the direction of the Plant Manager or designate, the Office/HR Clerk is responsible for providing a wide range of duties to employees, customers and visitors.  At all times conducts business in accordance with company practices & policies in order to promote Phillips & Temro Industries public image. 


  • Work with ADP to manage the payroll process 
  • Coordinate and facilitate all employee benefit issues 
  • Coordinate the recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding 
  • Complete all required HR and government reports 
  • Maintain employee files 
  • Perform basic receiving activities 
  • May provide backup for Customer Service support 
  • Perform basic accounting to include updating journal entries, fulfilling cheque requests and preparation of weekly and monthly reporting as necessary
