Description:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will perform receptionist and administration work to ensure customer service and accurate information is provided for our customers and accounting systems.

Main responsibilities include answering phones/redirecting inquires/taking messages, greeting customers, A/P and A/R postings, bank deposits, petty cash management, sorting and distributing mail, typing letters/forms, performing data entry, ordering office supplies, and conducting general filing. 

Qualifications include 2+ years of related office experience including front reception, multi-line switchboard, and basic accounting (A/P, A/R).  You have a professional and courteous phone manner, exceptional customer service, are highly organized, meet deadlines, accurate, detailed, and proficient with MS Word/Excel, email, internet, and keyboarding.
