Administrative Coordinator, Regional Office
Reporting to the Office Manager at our Regional office, the Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to our regional office. Specific requirements include general reception office duties, accounts payable and day-to-day administrative support. This position also supports the Office Manager with regional activities such as: IFS support/administration; reviews, verifies and approves employees’ credit card and expense reports; prepares documents and marketing materials; processes data information and supports locations by timely and accurately gathering, maintaining, sharing and organizing various information and tasks.
The ideal candidate would have a certificate/degree or diploma in administration or related experience, knowledge of bookkeeping and general office practices and extensive experience with word-processing, data entry and Microsoft applications. They would have excellent organizational skills, strong written and oral communication, demonstrated ability to work in a customer service role dealing with multiple customers and above average attention to detail. An Agriculture background would be considered an asset.
