Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, this position is responsible for expediting the movement of grain through the terminal facility; supervising staff in a unionized environment, training and developing staff in workplace safety standards, work practices and job tasks.
Qualified candidates will be self starters having a minimum of 5 years of operational experience working in an export or inland grain terminal; demonstrated attention to workplace safety and facility housekeeping; experience in grain handling processes, with a willingness to perform shift work and overtime as required. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
